2024 went by so fast, does everyone feel that way? I’m going through all my photos for the year, and the photo season started off with more project than normal in May, from headshots to some behind-the-scenes photos for a local short film. And this year I went until the end… my last photo shoot was a wedding on December 30. It was a Monday wedding, which makes me so happy because I got married on a Monday, too. More on the weddings later.

I also did photos for the Kingsley Folk School, made a video for United We Smile, and got some great drone shots of Old Mission Peninsula with some fall color. Most of the weddings I shot this year were referrals, which is amazing considering this is mostly a destination wedding location, so repeat customers aren’t a given. I also deleted all of my social media, so let’s hope this continues in 2025. Oh, I also photographed the cutest baby that one of my couples from a few years ago had this year! Full circle :)

Note: I’m going to keep adding to this— so far it’s mostly weddings as I’m still going through all of my other photo sessions :)
