Emily and Alex got the best October weather of 2022 in Northern Michigan by far! We had it all: the leaves, the sun, the warmth… and a stunning sunset to cap it off. I wish we weren’t so beholden to blind luck, but hey I’ll take it when it comes!

What a fantastic group of people, from the families to the friends. As much as I love a nice tablescape, this is what it’s about. Oh, and ukeleles! Emily serenaded Alex and it was so so beautiful and so so touching. It really touched my heart. Emily and Alex are so lucky in love, and how lucky am I to be able to photograph it? Damn. This is good stuff.
